Okay Study Resource
The content is good on these flashcards, but the quality isn't great. The paper they are printed on is not very thick, the pictures are all black and white, and you have to tear them all apart yourself. I was hoping for some heavier duty flashcards (especially for the price). I purchased these because they were the cheapest option.

Great Book!
The book was funny all the way through. I also found it to be very honest and motivating. I didn't think I could love Tina Fey more until I read this book.

Great for Beginners
If you are just starting out, this covers all the basics and it is easier to use because of the card format. The pictures and descriptions are helpful and informative. The downside is that it only covers the basics and mostly focuses on the meditation, breathing, and basic poses. If you are trying to get an intense workout out of these cards, you would need to supplement with another source.
