  The seller went the extra mile. The package showed delivered, but it had not been delivered. He even went to his usps master and tracked it for me. It turned out that my usps driver marked delivered, but it was still on his truck. I received the following morning. The jacket was in great shape, and well packaged. Very happy with this seller and purchase.

  What a beautiful top, as described, in excellent condition. Seller wrapped it in colorful tissue which made it more fun to open, and she quickly and honestly communicated with me a few times. A+++ Seller!! Feel confident about purchasing from her!!!

  Seller sent a package that was shipped in a timely manner, but unfortunately delayed in state between us. The delay was lengthy… Almost 3 weeks with no updated information by FedEx in that amount of time.. Seller replied immediately when questioned on this and offered a refund. The problem was out of her hands, but her management of the issue was truly very impressive. Many other businesses could learn a lesson from that.
