Inferior quality.
These clips appear to be the same as OE but on fitting it quickly became apparent that they are of inferior quality. The inner plastic pin snapped immediately. Luckily I had a few original pins to replace the broken ones in the new clips. I don't hold out any hope of removing them intact when it comes to the next time I need to remove the front bumper assembly due to a sample one breaking when I attempted to remove it.

Good office chair.
This chair is good value for money. If I was to be picky I would say the only thing I don't like is that the seat seems to tilt slightly forward and the range of adjustment is insufficient to remedy this.
