Best advice EVER!!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a very funny, laugh out loud book of advice for us women about to/going through/gone through menopause. Jenny Eclair has a gift, comedic writing at its best.
An absolute must read. A treasure of a guide book.

I would not recommend at all
The patches are confusing because there is a plastic film on top of the patch that looks like it shouldn’t be there and cant be removed. It is also hard to get a good seal which makes it very difficult to use. The glue leaves allot to be desired as it dries too quickly and doesn’t seam to form a seal at all.
The box the patches come in is also bad as it pops open at the slightest drop or knock.
The only redeeming feature was the speed at which it was delivered
