Yes I knew I was purchasing a used item but nowhere did it say damaged. If you review the third picture, you can see the leg is on the unit. We could not, in good conscience, sell you the item without disclosing something like that. We believe the damage was caused in shipping and we hope that a small refund will make up for any inconvenience.

this item allows placement of the rope deep in the channel quickly with one hand while opening the channel with the other hand. Just keep the rope somewhat loose in the channel as it will tend to pop out if too tight. Made my first time windshield install on my 66 c10 go smoothly, with the help of my wife.

They could've made them better
The handle molding is quite cheap. When holding both items, the seams are felt in your hand. They are small in extension length which is stated from seller, so not their fault. Might be alright for motorcycle or smaller jobs, but on a larger vehicle, you would need something longer. I had purchase the Tekton brand screwdriver set and was very satisfied with the quality, but maybe they only excel in a few hand tools.
