Concerning the quality
I received the scrub very quickly and I was excited until I opened the package to find a terrible oily mess. All of the oil from the scrub leaked out from the heat. As I live in Arizona and it was transported here. I do still want to use the product because it was expensive but it is not the same quality as my other ones where the oil hasn't leaked out of it and the consistency is completely different. I emailed the owner about the issue and received not response unfortunately.
