Pretty good sharpener for the price...
Coloré Electric Pencil Sharpener is delightful surprise... I paid $9.99 w/free shipping - takes 4 AA batteries, comes with usb cord for AC power and an extra blade... You do have to push a little hard to activate it, but it makes a nice tall sharp point without splits! I used it on my Staedtler graphite AND watercolor pencils, as well as my Faber Castel watercolor pencils and it worked better than my Prismacolor sharpeners! Just gotta find the sweet spot when inserting the pencil... a GREAT bargain! :)

Inconsistent “Matte-ness”
Great idea poorly executed... attaches to prepared surface thickly and only provides the matte finish on thicker (or larger) image areas; thin lines and sparse dots are rendered glossy, making a hodgepodge of matte and shiny embossing. Very disappointed in this product, though their other “glossy” powders are great. For a different look to embossing powders, I recommend Lindy’s Stamp Gang. There are many 2-toned powders which appear holographic... gorgeous! Thanks for reading this...
