Not easy for the elderly to use.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The plastic is not very sturdy - it cracked on the 5th use. difficult to empty and very messy. does not pick-up dust very well - clumsy , falls over when in upright position. Hoover did request that I sent details but have not replied after 5 weeks, My elderly mother also purchased the same model recently, she smelt burning ,the the belt had broken after just 2 months of use.
