Thorough and beautiful look at the possibilities with Lego wheels & motors
Amazing book if you're into axles and motors! I'm in awe of all the ideas and the thoroughness of this book. I haven't started building things yet, so not sure if it is adequately instructional, but the illustrations are great and we can't wait to try these out.

Absolutely perfect books when you finish the Bob series.
All of these books are great early readers. They have one for each vowel - long and short - total of 10. The stories are cute, the pictures are funny, and the messages are great. My 4 year old struggles a bit, but wants to keep going - which is amazing. We just finished the bob book series and were like "what next?" Perfect. Not only is he learning to read, but there are good talking points and a "make your own story" at the end for creativity. If they had something like this for math I'd be all over it. Our favorite is Save the Cake.

Cool pictures & ideas. Uses too many "special" pieces.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The book has some really neat pictures and ideas. There are quite a few pictures with no instructions which really frustrated my son. We have a huge Lego collection and there are some really specialized parts too. While often we can substitute parts it is rare that we got any robots looking nearly as cool as they look in the book. My son is almost 6 and was able to follow the instructions. We paid about $14 which I think is a bit steep. The book we received was in great condition - it is well made and the pictures are truly awesome for any Transformers and/or Lego fan.
