Bearings feel like there's sand in them. Out of 8 bearings (each wheel has 2) only one spins freely. Plastic wheels chamfer surface is uneven and that can be felt when mounted on the aluminum profile. Wheels, once mounted to the plate don't spin freely, but tend to spring back to the "resting" position. Plate has a bend to it in one axis, so it matters whether you mount the wheels on one side or the other.
