Sturdier than the flag assembly that came with the mailbox.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The flimsy plastic flag mounting bracket that came with my Gibraltar mail box broke, so I replaced it with this. This one is larger and more sturdily built.
One installation suggestion: if you buy this and need to drill a hole for the anchor, take care when installing it to get the angle of hole you drill for the anchor point correct. It's about 45 degrees. I drilled the hole slightly too high -- about 40 degrees -- so the flag goes beyond vertical when up, and does not come all the way down quite to horizontal when down. Functionally it's okay for me, but it's a bit annoying that didn't get it at quite the correct angle.
