Firearms, Traps, and Tools of the Mountain Man a must read.

Interested in fact and auctual tools, this is the book most appropriate to read to cover the era of Mountain Men, before and after. It is well researched, and written for anyone's skill level. Facinating tidbits to use in converstion with others around the campfire, and at Rendezbvous'. Makes me want to visit museums now and see the artifacts for myself.
