SD2100 system only lasted 2 weeks.
I purchased my first SD2100 about 5 years ago. It recently quit working. The transmitter would not power up. I thought lightning caused the failure.
I purchased another SD2100 about 3 weeks ago. It quit working after 2 weeks. When I went thru my paperwork in the box, I could not find any warranty registration car. I called the 800 number that was in other paperwork.
I talked to a knowledgeable young lady named Ariel. She talked me thru a few tests. We determined the transmitter was at fault. She said she would send me replacement transmitter and power converter. She also stated replacement parts are at low supply and they would give me a 30 percent towards a new different system in the future. I did receive the replacement parts within 3 days.
