The box split open in shipping but item was inside and still worked. I contacted seller but they found nothing wrong with how it was shipped. I found the packaging to be inappropriate for shipping and lucky the item made it to me in working order.

Totally worth getting!
This is a great peripheral that allows you to play any region game on your Sega Saturn. I have been playing all the capcom 4mb ntsc-j games on my U.S.A. model 1 Saturn.

Gear wrench x beam set
