Excellent exercise item
Exercise bikes have come on a lot since I first bought one. They now look stylish - as well as doing the job intended. This one looks and feels modern, robust and not something you'd need to hide in a corner. The build instructions were easy to read, there's even a small exercise programme written in there to get you started, and it was relatively simple to assemble. The multi-function electronic gauge is easy to use with large digital numbers that are clearly visible. In use, the bike is surprisingly quiet and smooth functioning. The seat even has padding.

A Full-On, Blood and guts version of Macbeth
This stands as a great 'battle' film - even without the Shakespearean content. The Bard's dialogue is used judiciously - I think to improve the flow of action and keep less-scholarly minds involved. If you're using it as an English lit exam cheat - don't you silly-sausages! A magnificent version of the play - full of grit, blood and fury. It doesn't look as if we (the UK) are worthy of Denzel's version - so until it arrives in some format - THIS is the beast to beat!

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I can't really recommend this. I tried to use it for a delicate piece of artwork and it just made an horrendous mess. Maybe it doesn't heat hot enough? But the glue drags in strings from the gun, nozzle, sticking like spider webs to everything beneath it. I spent more time cleaning up that mess than making art. AND the damn glue didn't even stick the surfaces together on any of the jobs I tried it on. Really poor. AND a hazard. It's too light to stand up safely. Don't let kids ANYWHERE near it.
