It did pop through the package and USPS put a label on saying it was "damaged in shipment" (see feedback pictures) and they also taped up the "damage" . What it was was that the two hook pierced through the box, likely when they were tossing it around. Either way, it works, is in great shape and I appreciate you guys for having this part available and for following through so quickly!

slightly more expensive that the other brands but no difference in performance.

not a real pocket hole plug
plastics, with poor quality and do not really do the job of plugging a wooden pocket hole.

another stellar product from DeWalt
excellent product and works well on different surfaces. DeWalt had an excellent design. However tool is somewhat heavy and difficult to fit in tight spots.
