Allows you to use an otherwise worthless port
Samsung Series 9 laptops are beautiful creatures, but for some reason Samsung decided to to with a proprietary mini VGA display port instead of the industry standard Mini DisplayPort format. That means spending up to $40 more on a hard-to-find adapter that will allow me to use my VGA monitor with my Samsung laptop. (Even when I called Samsung support, they couldn't point me to a link where I could buy the mini VGA- to- VGA adapter that THEY THEMSELVES make.) Fortunately, I found one on eBay, where I won it for $26. The adapter seems well made and works great. Shame on Samsung, though, for going with a proprietary display port. I realize Apple does the same thing with its Lightning port, but at least there's no shortage of vendors out there who make Lightning adapters, thus driving down the price of those devices.

Just what the ship's doctor ordered!
Exactly as described. I like the space-age feel of the shirt fabric. We're producing a Star Trek spoof video and this will be perfect.
