It Just Works
It's a radiant cartridge just like the other side of the cook top. It works just like the other side. It's exactly what I expected but giving it three stars would seem like it's not perfectly fine.

Easy solution to tighten up the engine and shifting feel
The inserts work well and are easy to install without remove the whole mount. The package includes a packet of grease to make the install go smooth. NVH is decently balanced against the tighter feel of the drivetrain.

Works well with the right control channel
When first installed it would not see my 5GHz network, just the 2.4GHz. I checked the AP and changed the 5GHz control channel from a 100+ channel down to 48. This card could then see and connect to the 5GHz radio. Not sure why this is, but now that it works it works great.
