Good upgrade for old laptop with obsolete WiFi card
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Bought 7260HMW to replace 2230BNHMW in laptop as it provides 802.11AC and Intel no longer provide updated drivers for the old card. My ASUS laptop doesn't use a white list in the BIOS so there were no issues and it is a physical direct replacement. Drivers were updated without any problems and it all works as expected. Only slight issue is that the antennae in the laptop are only designed to work at 2.4GHz so the signal is likely to be a bit weaker at 5GHz but it seems to work ok.

Works well. Cheap 4GB upgrade for an older machine. Checked with memtest86 and no errors.

Older product, was best buy some years ago.
Performance wise, this is an older product that got great reviews some years ago. It's still a great product and is highly concentrated so you can dilute it based on temperature to use all year round.
