See the movie a 2nd time, then buy this book, then buy the DVD on Sept 18th
This is a great book. Not perfect- you don't see a shot of all the monsters in their elevators which is one of the two scenes I'm waiting to pause on the DVD and its abscence is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. You DO see the betting board, however.
The entire script, including a wonderfully disgusting deleted scene, is within. Also, there's a long interview with the two writers, Drew Goddard and Joss Whedon, who directed and produced the movie respectively.
The anecdotes or intersting- like how they kept the script secret even during the actors' auditions: " 'I'm dressed up like a lab scientist, but there's a viscious zombie beating up a girl on the screen, but yet I'm being told I'm not supposed to look at her?' They had no idea what the movie was."

Quirky-sounding fun background music
Track 6 (The Golden Age) is a well-done song but the rest is so-so to boring. Still, to get the one great song you gotta put up with the nonsense unless you just want to download the one track.
