  disappointing. listed as "new" but box was opened and sellotaped back down. label removed from the back of the box. the charger was visibly damaged. seller agreed to send another unit, this arrived today in another shabby sellotaped box - with a part missing! the metal ring that makes your phone attach to the charger. fortunately there was a metal ring in the first box, so I now have pieced together a working charger.

  I was able to sell them at a cheap price as I bought them below usual cost price as they had been stacked and boxes were a bit squashed, but the contents inside were new. I opened boxes before posting to check all parts were inside so I had to re-seal them with sellotape before posting. If the charger was damaged when you received it, then it must have got damaged in transit. I am sorry about that.
