  I was waiting for the "video proof" of the damage that they NEVER sent they instead opened a claim - which I then chose to immediately refund them (I chose that not ebay as they claim). They sent some photos AFTER opening the claim - not while I was trying to refund them. I believe the damage occurred during the unpacking process as I always put the egg in a baggie first. Please do not come back - sent a negative even though I REFUNDED THEM IMMEDIATELY once I got the photos.

  Your item had a baggie on 1 side only! I was very surprised and sad as all other packing was great and you obviously try to pack items well. Somehow this time you were NOT PERFECT with the packing, which you can't admit. I left a NEUTRAL NOT A NEGATIVE. I offered to send it back half unwrapped but you didn't respond. Sadly you couldn't face your mistake I guess.
