  Hi Nancy Henkel. The teapot arrived and was held by the PO until I arrived back in town. I heard pieces rattling as the package was handed to me. I took pictures of the wrapping prior to opening the box. I don’t mind that you used a used box. But I do mind that it was a box that could not contain the item without being bent to do so. I want all of the money to be returned. The lid was in pieces. The teapot was broken also. Due only to your poor packing. Please return my money promptly.
