Beyond the Great Wall and Hot Sour Salty Sweet
I purchased these books a decade ago but accidentally gave them away in a move. I wanted them again. I love this historical and travel and culinary combination.

Deluxe Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Admitting to the fact that I own paperback and hardback editions of all 7 Harry Potter novels, and all of the two-disc editions of the movies, plus the four-disc deluxe movie editions that have been released as yet, it is only logical that I was biding my time to make the deluxe book purchases. It only took me so long to acquire them because I wanted to buy them at a reasonable price, and $80-$100 or more didn't seem like the best use of my funds for something that I already had a copy of. So why buy the book for yet a third time? Completist obsession, maybe? Very likely. Too bad there are no deluxe book editions for the first four volumes. I'd be suckered into them too.
No, I bought it because of the artwork: different colored artwork by illustrator Mary GrandPre which wrapped all the way around the jacket, including the spine and the additional picture per chapter beyond the one at the title of each chapter. And that's it. Artwork is the sole reason I purchased these books yet again. And I like having things that most other people don't have (at least that are not too expensive - I am a poor student after all)...it's a particular quirk of mine. I hope this helps you make your decision easier.

Burn Notice Season 2 DVD
I loved that this was more of the adventures of badass ex-spy Michael Weston. Episodes were cut tightly to keep up the energy. I wish we'd been given more details, a la first season, on building the explosives used, but perhaps the writer(s) don't want to give too much info for liabilities. We get to see more of the character motivations this season. We learn more about Michael, his brother, life before Fiona, and the kinds of tactics they'd used before we met them. This show is tons of fun.
