very nice and clean product
fast and quiet, easyn to format, had all directions and parts enclosed as stated and works great. the name brand meant quailty as i trust them and came with a warranty.

great smart labler
unit comes with all software and cables but no labels. easy to install and hook up and will be using it in 5 min or less.
works on PC/APPLE COMPUTERS AND MAKES GREAT LABES.
