So easy to use, convenient, and the connection is great! That was my major complaint with the last one I tried (different brand). This one blows it out of the water and the games are really fun. I often do more than “scheduled” because I enjoy the games LOL
I have been good about doing kegels, but until this gadget I hadn’t realized all the muscle groups I was missing! This is helping with control and intentionally targeting different muscles down there. Invaluable device!

Better than hoped for!
I am so pleased with this mat! It arrived quickly, was packaged well, and the quality is excellent! It’s exactly what I needed and I have already recommended it on several Jeep club profiles.
