Brush those hard to reach spots
Perfect brush size for me, and plenty of them, as they do wear out quite quickly. Long reach handle great for the hard to reach gaps.

Removes damaged screws
It is a cheap set of screw extractors, they work, though not the best quality they are more than adequate for how rarely I need them.

Automatic vent opener does exactly that
It's well made, and automatically maintains the temperature in my greenhouse, closing quickly when a rain shower drops the temperature suddenly. Now I only have to remember to water the plants
