Blue Duchess with Blood and Custard coaches
First of the Chinese train packs, and a big improvement on the homemade Hornby products. If you’re a Stanier fan, a good item covering ERA 3, with a BR blue un streamlined Duchess, loco drive and plenty of room to wire DCC and either a tender speaker, or sugar cube in the loco
Run it as is, or detail it, strong and reliable

Excellent model, and/or toy
Durable? well made diecast with thick paint
Entertaining? Yes, modellers like me an us it to add authenticity to the layout (era 4) The grandchildren can play with too.
Educational? Can be, an ideal explainer about the first attempt at multi-modal logistics. The train does the long haul, the last leg of the journey to door was by the 'mechanical horse'.
Tip: Serious modellers will need to weather it for realism, just tone down the shiny paint!

Old but good enough
Obviously the newer versions of both the wagon and the load have more finesse and finer details as they come from old technology
However, they still look good enough, and are good candidates for detailing and weathering
