These esata to sata cables are so useful...

These esata to sata cables are so useful so easy to backup my 8 Dell Optiplex Pc's 2tb disks using clonezilla I don't even need to remove the covers the Dell have esata socket at the back. Just leave the computer overnight in the morning the external disk is an exact bootable drive. So easy to restore the drive on my other PC's after hundreds of times over four years never had a problem.

The biggest problem was dismantling and removing the roller, Had to use a small gas torch to melt off the broken Teflon roller coating. The replacement rubber turned out easy to fit due to the rubber had an oversize core with like a plastic flat spring. Coating the driven roller with adhesive then simply putting the rubber sleeve over the roller. Pulling out the flat core spring was easy. The rubber needed to be trimmed at the ends once the glue had set and the rubber shrinks and settles.
