Item was covered in dust, had obviously been sitting on a shelf for years, but otherwise in almost like-new condition.

The poor quality of the photos hid any imperfections on the case and disc and the interior of the case was lined with fingerprints, yuck. Condition is
The poor quality of the photos hid any imperfections on the case and disc and the interior of the case was lined with fingerprints, yuck. Condition is closer to "Good" than "Very Good", but it was at least complete. Luckily I have a spare case to swap with and the disc is in decent condition and plays fine.
