Very poor product

After fitting the battery it worked for about a week after which it could no longer be recharged. Following Bose's advice to reset the speaker didn't make any difference, the battery was dead. This new battery was actually worse than the old battery it was bought to replace.

Hot product, but not in a good way.

This USB drive has proven to be reliable so far but it gets worryingly hot quite quickly which casts some doubt on its long-term reliability. I find it's best to plug it in to a USB3 port just before using it and then remove it as soon as possible before it gets too hot to touch. It gets remarkably hot if left in place for any length of time.
