  The printer arrived on time but was damaged during shipping and was throwing an error. The seller was very responsive and even shipped a brand new part from the manufacturer to help resolve it but I still couldn't get past the error so the seller refunded my money and I shipped back the part. He even offered a swap out with another more expensive printer but I declined as I needed a printer right away and used the refunded money, plus more to get one local. This seller was great to work with!

  Seller did nothing wrong with this transaction. Fed-Ex roughly handled the shipping of this laptop and damaged it. Resulting in the Package and Laptop being damaged and the Laptop not functioning as listed. Seller did a excellent job making things right and refunding what I paid. I highly recommend this Seller. He is a honest person. Which is hard to find now days in the World we live in. I thank you Seller for everything concerning this transaction. You did right by me. Thank you A+

  I bought this printer listed as “new – open box,” but it was clearly used and not working. It arrived in a plain box. The ink cartridges were already installed and had used. When powered on, it showed an error and wouldn’t print despite troubleshooting. The seller offered a refund but suggested I fix it myself. The listing was misleading. Why would a seller tell you not to leave a neg. feedback or contact ebay. Honest feedback helps others avoid the same issue. I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

  this buyer stated that she doesnt belive new printers can get damaged during shipping!! with the error stated this printer took a hit during shipping! Moving the printhead out of home position and the ink leaked out! She also stated her son destroyed the box and could not take any pics of any damage!! Ya go buy something from the stroe and return it without the box.. I gave her a refund anyway!! she doesnt know how to read also. My sales flyer says to contact me first to help you with anyproblem
