Good book, but certain things you have to take with a pinch of salt!
I liked the book and it seemed quite positive, but like many of these type of books some of the things are very hard to believe and are obviously fictional! For instance there is absolutely no way a 70 year old man can suddenly look in his 40's after two years, or any number of years for that matter, after doing specific exercises, diet and sticking to a specialist regime!!!

Lovely looking & good quality set
I bought these for a friend for Christmas as she was always commenting on my white similar type metal tin set and said she had been trying to find similar items herself, but just couldn't find any.
When these arrived, I had a quick look before wrapping them up for her and was very impressed the quality and actually preferred them to mine!
The main thing was, she really loved them and they look great in her kitchen.
