  Good communication and fast shipping. Jacket sizing is wrong. Labeled as XL but believe it is an XL short. The body and sleeves are shorter than the large HD jacket I was upsizing from. Contacted the seller about the issue and he told me tough luck, if it doesn’t fit just sell it myself.

  I explained the following to the buyer but he chose to leave unwarranted, negative feedback. Item was listed accurately. The jacket was NOT a woman's jacket. Harley never offered this style jacket for women. I had purchased this for myself in the Men's section at a Harley store. The buyer maybe should have purchased an XL Tall vs a standard XL. Fit me with plenty of room and I'm 5'7", 195lbs! Buyer wanted a refund but posted as "no refunds" unless listed inaccurately, which it was not.
