Cut wrong and no resolution

One piece didn't fit right. I emailed them right away with photos . A day later they reply that they will send to their designer?? Several days later no response. Despite that they claim they are not reselling from China and manufacture in house here in the USA and therfore can fix problems fast, this appears to be a lie. They offer a satisfaction guarantee and have ignored my emails.
