Well constructed. Quality materials. Excellent dampening.
This is a much better and perhaps better constructed shock mount than what might be standard.
Great materials and it looks nice.
However, the circular part of the frame that surrounds the microphone is too close to the dampening part of it. Those two pieces of metal bounce off of one another if you move the microphone in the mount even slightly.
It’s a bit of a design issue, but perhaps if you bent the straight part of the dampening frame, the circular piece around the microphone toward the front and the straight piece of the other frame won’t bounce off of one another.
I don’t think that it is a problem that would take too much of a fix by the designer. Better that than to have a user try to bend things to keep them from hitting against each other.

Great microphone. Less costly than an RE 20 or an RE 27
The RE 320 arrived. It was a beautiful condition and as advertised.
These are a versatile and solid microphone and offer you the option I have a couple of different patterns for pick up.
This makes it great if you are in a room and not working the mic closely - or if there are a couple of other people with you and you were just using one mic.
For most uses, such as Broadcasting, singing, voice and podcasting, the narrow pattern is terrific and so clean and warm.
There is a question above about whether or not this is a lightweight microphone. This is a solid professional microphone and shouldn’t be judged on the fact that it is some cheap lightweight product. It’s solid strong reliable and professional.
