Can be difficult to set up for Mac users
The switch is excellent but while it can be configured with a web browser, it ships with that feature disabled and requires a utility which only runs on Windows machines to enable it. I took off a star for that.
Once past that hurdle, configuration is a breeze and the support for 802.1Q VLAN tagging works perfectly.
