Good tool for a range of small terminals
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have used this tool to successfully crimp JST XH 2.5mm, JST PH 2.0mm, Molex MICRO-FIT 3.0 3mm and Molex KK 2.54mm terminals. To get good results requires some concentration when it comes to aligning the terminal in the jaws and the amount of pressure applied to the wire and insulation so the tool isn't foolproof but with a bit of care it is reasonable straightforward to use. It has a tendency to bend some terminals slightly, but not excessively.
Crimping the terminal in two stages (wire then insulation) has the advantage of allowing you to test the connection.
