Not that painful!
I noticed on the reviews some people were commenting that this item was painful to remove but my friend and I did not find it that bad. We did notice that it removed a lot of dead skin and some blackheads. We found that we get the best results after opening our pores with heat (hot towel or a little steam) before we put on the mask. We liked this product a lot so we both plan on buying more!

Happy with it
I love it other than the jack, I thought it would be like my last pair of Sullcandy Smokin' Buds 2 with the jack was curved. I have my iPod in my pocket all day so the ear buds have issues quicker when the jack bends too much and too far. Other than that I really do love it.
