Good pickups, great price!
I bought this pickup and a matching bridge pickup to replace the lackluster pickups on a firebird zero. I couldn't be happier. I listened to alot of A-B comparisons with these against the U.S. Made versions before buying. Yes, in some cases I could hear a difference (depending on what was being played) but it was not a huge difference. Played through a decent amp, these pickups sound great, and you can't beat the price! I play in classic rock cover bands and in most venues no one will be able to hear the difference between these and pups costing 3 times as much.

Awesome tuners!

Top notch Gibson at an entry level price!
I'll be honest, I was about to give up on Gibson before finding the Nighthawk. I felt that all of the lower priced Gibson models were too cheaply made; no binding, crappy finishes, silk screened logos, etc. The Nighthawk showed me that I could get a nicely appointed Gibson for under a grand, with many of the same features as models costing twice as much. The Nighthawk plays, looks, and sounds awesome!
