  The seller has wonderful communication. In our specific case, USPS messed up and the shipment "appeared" to have been delivered the next day (which could not have happened). The seller and I were in immeadiate contact, and she was very helpful in confirming the shipping issue. The items arrived as planned, and exactly as expected.
