Dry mail
My old mailbox door latch was so worn the door would be open at times. Especially bad during rain. This mailbox meets the specifications of our HOA and is a great value replacement.

Quiet
This is a nice opener, better than the newer ones I believe. It is very quiet and functional. I was able to program all my extra remotes, keypad & auto Homelink with no issues.

I like this model because of the master and controlled socket feature. The price was reasonable for a working used unit.
