A 'How To' in service of relating our Inner & Outer lives without which Happiness cannot exist in us.
The book is for those who wish to become acquainted with 'inner life', a dimension at least as real as our outer life but barely explored or known to us.
It is a practical guide, written and edited from conversations between an eminently qualified Buddhist monk and very savvy Psychiatrist - forget the geopolitical hoopla inevitably surrounding every public aspect of Mister Dalai Lama's public prominence.
The usefulness to all interested readers is not compromised by it's official 'Tibetan Buddhist' orientation as what is presented derives from a perspective which could be regarded as Universal.

2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This item is a real bargain for illuminating after dark outdoor chores - has Hi and Low settings plus a (useless) strobe and functions well with rechargeable metal hydride batteries.
It's not likely to be durable, being a cheap Chinese import, but is so inexpensive it will seduce any of us who need something like this. The spring that secures batteries in their housing, on the Negative end, is something I don't expect to be durable. Buy two.
