  Item never shipped. I asked repeatedly for an update, with zero response. I ended up filing it with eBay, and after the waiting period, was issued a refund by eBay, not the seller. Horrible customer service.

  great item shipped but it never tracked. The seller did a magnificent job of packing but not the best job on communication.. Cant fault them. its a busy time of year. but it does need to be noted.

  Rarely, one comes across a seller that outshines all others. This was my experience with tom-dick-and-keri. Honestly, when I saw the package I felt as if a family member had sent it to me. There were two serendipitous events that occurred today in reference to my order, and one involved sunflowers. I had to take a deep breath. Sparing eBay the details, this very generous seller sent the frame I ordered, very well packaged, and quicky. I am running out of letters but this seller stands above.

  Item was shipped untracked, which was odd, and then never arrived. I tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions, with no response. Other feedback shows this has happened before. Very disappointing.
