Processor works as expected

I purchased this processor to upgrade an HP ProLiant DL380 G5 and give it dual processors. Had to upgrade the System BIOS before the G5 would accept the processor, but other than that everything seems fine. I didn't care for the quality of the heat-sink compound (had separated) but I had some high quality ceramic based compound so used that instead. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad heat-sink compound.
