bought it for camping and hiking, but use it every day!
I hesitantly bought one of these 7 months ago, because my 1st french press similar to this was just awful (Bodum), it let coffee grounds thru or around screen and you had to coarse grind your own coffee beans before using which I didn't like doing all the time.
But while on vacation in Western North Carolina, doing some hiking and kayaking I found and bought this GSI Commuter Mug and love it and have used it everyday since buying it. when I got home, I put my coffee maker in the closet and freed up some counter space. I can store my backpacking stove and fuel inside this mug and make coffee anywhere, anytime, just by carrying some coffee ( i didnt have to grind) and a water purifier. this thing works great no matter where you are.
and the color sleeve along with the double walled mug, keeps your coffee hotter for longer than you would expect it too. They will break however, as I found out a few days ago. When you leave it on the top of your pickup bed side, forget about it, drive off, and then drive over it when it falls under your rear wheel. even then it only got an oblong shape and wasn't flattened, the plastic had cracks from top to bottom but mostly all there (kinda like safety glass, but just 6 or 7 vertical cracks )
I saved the lid, outer sleeve and bottom piece for extras if I ever need them for my replacement as they are just fine.

works great
I've been using these zyxels for a long time, and this new one is even better than the older ones i've used before. connecting it is effortless and couldn't be easier. signal strength is strong and i can connect anywhere in the house. quality seems to be better than before and it was good before!
I get a new one every year or two as lightning keeps taking them out where i live

Great Grip !!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich exactly what I was hoping for. Just long enough for your 4 fingers on it and it's very comfortable. I have small hands and most of these are too long, It Seems well made and tough. I use a Scabbard for my custom built AR and My 1st grip ( non-folding) was too long and would not fit in this style of gun case. this one almost fits in it while in normal down position, fold it up and it slides in with ease. The button on the side has a strong spring and it locks and holds in the position you put it in. I can see why the Israeli Special Forces uses these
the "handle" part is 3 1/2 inches long. Nobody ever has that length in their description and that's what I needed to know the most, drives me nuts. maybe that will save some of you some emails asking
