  Beware of seller!! He sold me a broken battery then told me that the shipping cost for exchanged battery would be covered by him. He lied and would not return my money. His products are junk anyways don’t buy!!!!!

  All batteries are checked for full charge before shipping. buyer claimed damage in shipping, battery with no charge. if that was the case i could claim damages from shipper. he sent back battery in different packaging with no physical damage to the battery. could not claim shipping damage. sent a replacement battery, he confirmed it was good. then left negative feed back since i would not pay his return shipping. The electronic BMS in the battery failed due to actions taken by installer.
