  Product fills in vital niche in my EV experience, as OE tends to fail. Small but critical parts. I had ordered a few parts from seller before and when I needed them to work, I had several break. Chatted w/seller and he was good enough to provide replacement parts in addition to the new product that I purchased from him, along with suggestions about how to make the product work better for me next time. Transit time a little slow, but I was not in a hurry. All said, totally satisfied with seller.
