DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
According to the packaging your meant to see a difference after 7 days, well its been more than 7 days and have used it TWICE daily and have still yet to notice any difference, it definitely does not work as described!!

These are so funky
I wasnt expecting them to look so funky and cool when I brought them but they are great I love them and brought my partner some , they also love them and I'm about to purchase some more , purely because we can mix and match them it's just a shame about the price , they are expensive for socks

Great value for money a must have book.
I brought this for my teenage son who's just started taking cooking in school, it is so simple and easy to use, covering the basic of food, this book is a must have for all teens and people first leaving home
