I don’t see the big fuss...
1 von 7 finden das hilfreich ...in 52 years that God put breathe into me, I’ve never listened to this album. Now I grew up in the 70’s listening to the Beatles, Zeppelin and the Beach Boys and even saw the Beach Boys live in Southern California in the early 80’s. I know this is supposed to be avant garde and ahead of it’s time but this has nothing on Sgnt Pepper by the Beatles. This album was like a bucket list item... give at a full listen and see what all the buzz was about. It just droned on and on for me. In fact dull and boring. Aside from ‘Sloop John B’ there’s no other reason to listen to it again. I’ll stick with the Beatles and Pink Floyd.
